Our Impact

“You lead the practice with great intention, thoughtfulness and gentleness. I appreciate that! I needed this mindful pause and connection event after a stressful time shopping ahead of the big storm.  Once we got started I was able to drop in and relax and tap into how tired I was and feel the areas of stress and strain within my body. Then quietly acknowledge to myself that I was tired and needed to nourish myself with a warm salt bath afterwards which I followed
up on!

As a result I rested well overnight and my neck and shoulders felt more loosened the next morning. I was surprised! This morning I drank my favorite tea from my new Mama Warrior mug while studying God’s Word and prayed for your beautiful family as well!
