Connecting Health & Wellness Across Neurodivergence
What happens when we stop looking at neurodivergent health one piece at a time? Physical health. Mental health. Chronic illness and disability. Sensory needs. Sleep. Nutrition. Somatics. Nervous-system regulation. Across neurodivergent communities, these experiences can be deeply interconnected, while the healthcare, mental health, and support systems meant to address them are too often disconnected.
On September 25, 2026, PDA North America is bringing these conversations together at the PDA Health & Wellness Virtual Conference from 9:30 am - 5pm CST. Through neuroaffirming professional and lived-experience perspectives, the conference will explore the complex connections among neurodivergence, our bodies, our nervous systems, our health, and the systems of care we navigate.
Hosted by PDA North America and informed by PDA lived experience, the conference is intentionally creating a conversation with relevance across neurodivergent communities, including Autistic people, ADHDers, AuDHDers, PDAers, people with overlapping neurodivergent identities, people navigating chronic illness, disability, or mental health needs, parents and caregivers, and the professionals who support neurodivergent people.
