Motherhood wasn't supposed to feel this isolating. But when you're raising a neurodivergent kid, or caring for a loved one who needs extra support, the journey can feel like you're doing it all alone — even in a room full of people.
That's why we created this space - to close the gap of isolation on this journey, remind you that you are not alone, and give you permission to exhale.
And we couldn't have chosen a more intentional time — this event comes right in the middle of Mental Health Awareness Week, a week dedicated to the very thing we so often put last: our own well-being. Because here's the truth we rarely say out loud: caregivers carry so much, and our own mental health deserves the same care we give everyone else.
This event is open to ALL caregivers: whether you're raising medically complex or neurodivergent children, caring for a parent or loved one, or simply showing up for someone who needs you — this space is for you. And because it's on Zoom, you can attend from wherever you are, pajamas and all.
What to expect:
Heart-Centered Caregiver Check-In — A gentle opening where we honor where you are right now, no fixing, no judging.
Mindful Journaling for Emotional Release — Guided prompts to help you get what's heavy out of your head and onto the page.
Chair Yoga with @YogaByrdSews — Gentle, accessible movement to help your body unclench, right from your own chair.
Well-Being Resources — Practical tools and support to carry with you beyond this hour.
Giveaways from Broken Hearts Restored and When Motherhood Looks Different — additional well-being resources to support you on your journey. Winners chosen at random and notified after the event.
UNSENT: Letters I Never Sent is a guided letter-writing journal designed to help you release unspoken words and emotions. Through thoughtful prompts, emotional check-ins, and grounding reflections, it offers a safe place to write what your heart needs to say without ever having to send it.
Rooting in Resilience Journaling Prompts - These journaling prompts, inspired by our Warrior Mama notebook, are designed for neurodivergent mothers, and are focused on fostering resilience, self-reflection, and emotional support. You’ll also find additional resources after the prompts to blog articles focused on radical self care and different forms of rest. Pause, Breathe and Suppot Meditation
