Create Space: There is no "right way" to show up; this is simply about to dropping into support for yourself (whatever that looks like for you).
Gentle Settling: You will be guided to notice the natural rhythm of your breathing and the sensation of being held unconditionally by the chair or bed beneath you.
Radical Self-Care: Feel free to use this time to consider what support would be helpful for you today—whether it's a warm cup of coffee, a break from social media, or simply continuing to breathe at a pace that feels best for you.
